- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (or 2 teaspoons dried)
- 3/4 cup gluten free bread crumbs (I used 4C gluten-free panko bread crumbs.)
- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted, or Smart Balance butter for dairy-free., optional)
