- 1/3 cup green onions (finely chopped, or more to taste, lately we’ve using ½ cup and loving it!)

My husband loved them! Grew up on corn fritters and was recently diagnosed with celiac. He’s thrilled to have an old favorite back. I used almond milk and it worked great.
