Directions
- 1. Combine the gluten free cake mix, Cool Whip, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir or use a hand mixer to blend until well mixed.
- 2. Cover and place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
- 3. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
