- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 bananas (large ripe, mashed)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup coconut flour (or use brown rice flour)
- 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chips (cinnamon)
- 2 1/2 cups gluten ([url undefined]Pamela’s, Free baking and pancake mix [/url]rather than the flours I originally used because Pamela’s mixture has a better texture and produces better baked goods than the coconut, oatmeal and all-purpose gluten free flours I used initially.[br])
