- 1/3 cup flaxseed (ground golden, also called flaxseed meal)
- 1/4 cup cacao (Earth Echo Foods, Bliss)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cup shredded zucchini (with skin)
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup oil (we used light tasting olive oil)
- 1/4 cup dairy-free milk (choice, such as oat, rice, coconut, etc.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
