- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic (I use chocolate balsamic)
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca starch (corn starch will also work to thicken the sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. chestnut flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 3 Tbsp. sweet rice flour
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca starch (or tapioca flour)
- 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder (I used Rodelle)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. whole milk (room temperature)
- 2 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract (I use Rodelle Organics)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar (for serving, optional)
