I’m a 56 year old kid and I LOVED THIS!!! Great recipe. I switched out arrowroot powder for the tapioca flour since I had it on hand and it came out great :) Because almond flour is pricey, I might cut back on the amount of “flour” I mix up as there seemed to be a lot left over.. One could probably do an additional chicken breast with the amount for which the recipe calls. Otherwise , this will be in our meal rotation!
