- 1 Tbsp. cane sugar (unbleached)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt (skip if your baking blend already has salt in it)
- 1 1/2 cups rice milk (or other dairy free milk)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil (light tasting, or melted dairy free butter, or other oil)
