- 8 Tbsp. butter (Plant Based, Softened I used Country Crock Plant Butter- but use whatever your favorite is!)
- 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour (King Arthur, or your favorite gluten free flour blend)
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 4 apples (peeled, cored and sliced into about 1/4 inch thick slices I used Pink Ladys, but see note above for other options)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- apple cider
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
