- 1/2 cup almond flour (or meal)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg (freshly)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh, or frozen, thawed)
