- 1 1/2 cups gluten (free all purpose/plain flour blend, or regular AP/plain flour if gluten isn't a problem)
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum (omit if your GF flour blend already has xantham gum or you're using regular gluten flour)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar (packed, 250g)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. brewed coffee
- 3 Tbsp. mure (créme de, blackberry liqueur, optional)
- 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups blackberries (washed and de-stemmed)
