Batter was too wet to roll out, so had to add way more flour. They barely rose and then were dry and grainy. Disappointing when GF recipes call for GF flour. Anyone who knows anything about GF baking is that all GF flours are not created equally. At the very least, the recipe should indicate whether or not the flour should contain xanthum gum. Also, the butter should indicate salted or unsalted. I'll try a different recipe next time.

Taste great (for gluten free) & amazing because I haven’t had a biscuit in years! This recipe is a keeper!
