    So. Yummy. I was able to use crystal brown sugar, minus the two extra tablespoons, and substituted the arrowroot flour with 10 grams potato starch and 10 grams all purpose gf flour mix. I also added a 1/2 tsp of an acid, in this case, lemon juice.
