- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 5 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1/2 cup sugar (powered, or cocoa powder)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly Grease glass baking dish
- In a medium bowl, cream: sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla with hand mixer. Add egg and mix thouroughly
- Sift in coconut flour and stir to combine. Let dough sit for 1 minute. Shape dough into 12, 1 inch balls, place evenly on baking dish for 15 minutes, or until golden.
- Let slightly cool, and roll in powdered sugar or cocoa powder.
