Thank you for the recipe. I'm new to gluten free baking, but I love it and the donuts came out deliciously moist. My substitutions are as follows: coconut milk, dark chocolate powder, 1/2 cup brown rice flour, and 1/2 cup almond flour (milled easily in my old nutrabullet). 12 mins at 325 and instant awesome healthyish donuts! I did have to pipe the batter into the tray since the batter was very thick. Also, my dark chocolate glaze was too thick, even just using 1 cup confectionary sugar, so I added 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup to thin it out. Perhaps there was a typo in the recipe. I have leftover glaze that needs a home... what's next? Do I hear a cookie monster calling? Ahh, no, I simply put a tablespoon in a cup of coffe to enjoy with a wonderful chocolate donut! woot woot! Cheers!
