Super good! I used a wet spatula to form the bread which worked a lot better than hands, because the dough is very loose and sticks to you. I also did not set it to rise the 2nd time. The first two hours were a perfect amount of time and then I formed it and put it in the oven. Crunchy outside and perfect texture inside!
