- 1/2 cup pecans (crushed, I just use my half cup measure to crush them in a bowl or baggie)
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. molasses
- 3/4 cup coconut yogurt (full fat, full fat regular yogurt, sour cream, or buttermilk, To make buttermilk, put 1 tbsp ACV in a liquid measuring cup, and fill to the ¾ cup line with full fat raw milk or coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted, or butter)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup gluten free flour blend (Namaste)
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder (aluminum free)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 apples (small, diced, This has been about 2 cups for me. You can peel them if you want, but I keep the peels on)
