- 1 tsp. xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it)
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. instant yeast
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (grated or diced and chilled)
- 1 cup buttermilk (chilled)
- 4 cups gluten free flour (or my mock Cup4Cup blend.)

Biscuits didn’t rise, even though my yeast we good. So, didn’t freeze them, just baked hoping for a rise that didn’t happen.
