This is my wife’s favorite, so on Mother’s Day and her birthday, there’s no need to ask. We prefer it with the bone in, other than that I use the same ingredients.
Rather than slow cooking on the stove, I oven bake it for 4/5 hours on a low temperature 120 ’C.

I made this for my hubby and he absolutely loved it! This is the second time I made oxtail and I do agree on using a red wine that you enjoy drinking. Thank you for sharing, will be making it again and again!
