- 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 2 cups flour (+ extra for stickiness)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter (cold, 1/2 cup – to make it extra cold stick the butter in the freezer for at least an hour prior to making these Glazed Lemon Poppyseed Scones)
- 1/2 cup creamer (half and half or heavy, – obviously the richer the better but to be “healthy” milk also works)
- 1/2 cup creamer (French Vanilla, + 1-2 tablespoons extra)
