Very fluffy and soft! I added about 1/4 more flour to the dough as it was too runny (total 2 cups) and let it rise for about 2 hours. Once I made them into donut shapes I let it rise further for about 45 minutes. I kept the oil temperature around 155c @ 2 mins each side, 3 at a time. Turned out great, very delicious!

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out ok. I was not able to make as many donuts as it said in description. Would try again, but would add 1/8 cup of flour more. And to have a low temperature for frying donuts. Over all moderately pleased.
