    This is a delicious cake! It took a little prep time, but maybe because it was my first time making this recipe. It is a VERY wet cake and I had to leave it in the oven for several more minutes. I kept testing it with a toothpick & that toothpick never did come out dry. I just had to cross my fingers, take it out of the oven & hope for the best. Be really careful removing this extra moist cake from the pan. Get a firm grip on that plate before you turn it upside down & out of the pan. Once out, the cake was super moist, light & delicious after letting it sit a spell. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 due to the fact that I’m going to have to work on my dismount!
