- 1/2 cup apple cider (North Coast)
- 1 cup apple cider (North Coast)
- 1 Tbsp. softened butter (to grease the loaf pan)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (to dust the loaf pan)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider (the reduced)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 2 apples (peeled, cored and grated, I used Granny Smith. If your apples are huge, use only 1 1/2 apples)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 3 tsp. apple cider (the reduced)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
