- 1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 2 cloves garlic (large ,minced, or ½ tsp. garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried thyme (crush between fingers when adding)
- 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (such as Slap Ya Mama)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice (concentrate ok to use)
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 7 lb. boneless pork loin roast (5- ,*salt and pepper added before roasting/see directions)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp. aged balsamic vinegar (sweet)
- 1/3 cup coca-cola
- 1 tsp. ketchup (or your favorite barbecue sauce)
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
