- 2/3 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
- 3 Tbsp. wish-bone balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (finely grated)
- 1 Tbsp. golden raisins (optional)
- 1 1/3 cups water

Directions
- Combine quinoa with remaining ingredients except raisins. Sprinkle with raisins.
- Bring water to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Add quinoa and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered 12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat, fluff and let stand covered 15 minutes.
