5 stars for overall visual appeal of the finished product. The texture and taste was 1-2 stars. Since this was my first attempt with this recipe I followed everything closely. I started checking cakes progress at about 40 minutes, not the 1 hour as suggested. In a preheated 350 deg oven it was already well browned but not done. Lowered temp and kept baking for another 12 minutes. Cake overdone and not moist at room temp. I did watch the video and my batter looked identical. Best guess is the butter content is too high. Glad I did this before the holiday. Off in search of another ginger bundt cake recipe.
