I altered the recipe slightly, really just didn’t add the onions, and it turned out well. I think I would add cayenne pepper or some other warmer/hot spice and then serve with Greek yogurt

These were very good. Great side dish with nice flavors. I did not bake as long as it said was done after an hour. Just wish I could get the outside more roasted with inside soft. Mine were soft all around
