- 75 mL unsweetened soy milk (1/3 cup)
- 50 grams sweet rice flour (6.5 tablespoons, glutinous rice flour)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. potato starch (2-, or tapioca starch for rolling out mochi)
- 1 1/2 cups millet (puffed, Available in the cereal aisle or online)
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. honey (+ 1 teaspoon)
- 2 tsp. soy bean (flour, kinako powder, Available at Asian markets or online)
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
