I liked it a lot! I used chicken thighs with trimmed fat, cooked it 10 minutes longer and it came out really good! The mix of flavors is great, sweet and tangy and everything else I needed in my life!

We loved it. I can’t have sugar and had to use sugar free honey. I put some of the “sauce” under the chicken skin, it was very flavorful and and moist. Also, we used inbone chicken thighs instead of breasts and had to cook 45 minutes.
