- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder (or 1 inch cinnamon broken into chips)
- 2 green tea (teabags, or 2 teaspoon loose green tea)
- 6 drops lemon juice (or to taste, optional)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey (or any other sweetener to taste)
- 10 mint leaves
- 3/4 tsp. cardamom powder (green, or 3-4 pods cardamom, crushed to open the pods and used with seeds.)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fennel seeds
- 1 Tbsp. fresh turmeric (grated, or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder)
