- 1/2 tsp. pepper flakes (Red Crushed, optional)
- 6 cups broth (or Bone Broth, plus more as needed)
- 6 oz. rice noodles (ensure gluten-free if necessary)
- 1 lb. beef flank steak (or cut of choice, very thinly sliced or shredded)
