- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 2 inches fresh ginger (piece of, peeled and minced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- sea salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (diced into 2-inch cubes, you can peel if you’d like)
- 1/2 cup brown lentils
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 13.5 oz. full fat coconut milk
- 1 bunch kale (washed, stems removed, chopped)
- chili flakes
- lime wedges
- chopped cilantro

It’s fantastic I used tsp of cumin, coriander and turmeric to up the spice, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly yum! A new favourite I think!
