The directions regarding when to add butter were vague. I added it with water in first batch, then after ten minute sugar boil with the additional dry ingredients. I also believe 3 cups of nuts was too much. 2-2 and a hslf cups wouls be suitable. Only because it needed more liquid, which I adjusted in second batch. It set-up well each time - I just prefer less nuts per bite. The firdt batch nuts weren't sticking in candy mixture.
