Everyone is wowed by these! It’s a very soft and sticky dough, so I refrigerate it overnight. I don’t use the salt on top. I roll the dough into balls and roll them into cinnamon and sugar. It’s a very soft and moist cookie with a lot of flavor. Love these!

This has become my favorite cookie recipe. The molasses brings a slightly different and delicious flavor that you don't get from other pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipes; and just a bit of salt on top is perfect!
