I have made two batches of these cookies this year and they are still in demand. Such a treat that my daughter-in-law asked me to make a batch for her birthday! Re ipe is simple to follow and turns out every time

Delicious! I added about 6 oz of crystallized ginger to the recipe and they couldn't have turned out better! So simple, yet yielded more than my little belly could hold! Luckily, I have a husband and 3 sons without that problem!
