My family’s favorite meatloaf. I add a layer of ketchup to the top, halfway through. So good!!

I had to take meatloaf to a luncheon for a large group. I decided to do this recipe instead of traditional meatloaf... there were both kinds brought. Mine was all gone and the group couldn’t stop talking about how delicious mine was. I give all credit to Giada! I will never make traditional meatloaf again. I love to make small loaves because of the crispy crust ;) yummmmm
