- 4 tsp. just whites
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 24 mini chocolate chips (; I used HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. For a dairy-free option, use Enjoy Life's Mini Chocolate Chips)
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
