- 1/2 Tbsp. ginger (each, and garlic made into a paste)
- 100 grams curd (/yogurt, beaten)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
