- 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. oil (your choice, I use soy)
- 1/2 mashed banana (or 1/4 cup applesauce for consistency, we don't have applesauce here, either - just thought I'd throw that in as decoration for my pity party, optional)
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 cup oil (or melted butter)
- 1 cup water
