- 2 bell peppers (red and green for colors)

- 2 Tbsp. curry ketchup (can be substituted with regular)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (Tuna, reserved from the can)
- 2 Tbsp. milk (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 pinch sugar
