It turned out great! Took much longer to make than anticipated since the recipe the calls to cook the potatoes in batches. Will just use two flat pans next time to ensure all potatoes get crispy.

Turned out great! Tasted just like what I used to eat in Germany! Good alone or with a curry, paprika, ketchup mixture!

Yummm. I did opt to not cook the onions and potatoes in the bacon fat. I used olive oil instead
