Usually not a cheesecake person, but I am a chocolate person, and this was absolutely delicious. Made my mom dance around with happiness. Could absolutely be a stand alone cheesecake. Used walnuts instead of pecans.

I knocked this out one night when I was bored and I must say it is the BEST dessert I have ever made. Don't let the steps intimidate you. Well worth the work.
