- 5 cups russet potatoes (washed and peeled)
- 2 Tbsp. onion (minced and dried well)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 large egg (whisked)
- 2 Tbsp. gluten free flour (or all-purpose)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (plus more for seasoning)
- 1/2 cup sesame oil (light, or other high-heat oil)
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
