This recipe was very good. I used about 1 lb of chicken and it was enough for 2 people. Because I cut back on the chicken, there was plenty of sauce which was very tasty with the white rice. I did cut back the Sambel Oelek, using only 1 teaspoon and thought it was spicy enough for my husband and I.
