- 1 tsp. gluten (soy sauce, free)
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup (organic)
- 1/4 cup scallion (chopped, for garnish, optional)

Amazing. I have been a vegetarian for about a month now and this has absolutely without a doubt the best dish I've had yet. I made it for my non vegetarian in-laws and they loved it. They said it tasted just like chicken wings. This recipe will be in my cookbook forever
