- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (use 1-3 tsp depending on how spicy you want it to be)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

- 1/4 cup red bell peppers (sliced)

Good flavor. I didn’t have corn starch which is a must for most Chinese cooking, substituted flour. So it might not have been the best it could be. I didn’t use olive oil either and used coconut oil. Peanut oil is normally best with most Chinese cooking from my experience. I’ll try again
