Never made this, but thinking that pineapple & peppers might be nice to mix in the rice.

- olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts (cubed)
- cornstarch
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili paste (ground, heat)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- rice

Directions
- Coat cubed chicken fully with cornstarch
- Heat oil & add chicken in batches, cooking through. Should be lightly browned & crispy on all sides.
- Place cooked chicken in bowl lined with paper towel
