- 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
- 1/4 cup virgin olive oil (plus 2 tablespoons extra-)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (finely, plus more for serving, to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. shallot (minced)
- kosher salt (and freshly cracked black peper, for seasoning)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano (minced)
- 3 pinches garlic powder
- 4 heads little gem lettuce (about 1 pound, leaves pulled apart)
- flat leaf parsley leaves (minced, as garnish, to taste, optional)
