- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. shrimp (; Large, peeled, deveined, and butterflied)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 3 scallions (; sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup crumb (Bread)

Directions
- Preheat the broiler
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet with an ovenproof handle over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook, stirring frequently, just until the shrimp begin to turn pink, about 3 minutes. Add the wine, broth, scallions, parsley, and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, until the liquid begins to thicken slightly and the shrimp are just opaque in the center, about 3 minutes.
- Top the shrimp mixture with the bread crumbs. Place the skillet under the broiler and broil 5 inches from the heat until the topping is golden, about 2 minutes.
