Delicious!
Wanted to do something different with my cabbage. This recipe was easy and I hadall the ingredients on hand. I added a little sprinkle of Cavender’s Greek seasoning instead of pepper. So delicious! My husband and friends were so amazed with the taste. Everyone had seconds. Thanks for sharing!

Oh man, deeeelish!! I added some dry bbq rub to the oil and paste, made a nice mix. My oven needed to be at 425. Otherwise didn’t change a thing! Yum!!

Awesome recipe! I used half caraway and half fennel and brushed each steak with melted butter (sorry) then used the seasoning mix. The thinner cut cabbage was the best! I topped them off with some cheese. I think next time I’ll cut the cabbage in thick shreds to get more crispy edges! We’re making this again!

Great flavor, would have liked a little more ‘crisp’ to it. Not mushy-perfect texture.

Great way to eat cabbage! I bumped up the temperature for the second half of the time to 420 so that it got extra crispy.

Delicious! I normally just do salt and pepper but I really like the garlic and fennel seeds added to it. Great taste!

So good! Loved the fennel seeds on it. Used minced garlic, since that's what I had.

Good! Definitely tastier than I expected. Who has fennel seeds??? I also wasn’t able to use substitute anise ( where would you buy that)??? So my next option was a little ground cumin & ginger ( and it was juuuuuust right:-). Really enjoyed this while eating vegetarian in this season. I’ll certainly make again, and subtracted my rating merely because I wish this was something that could’ve become a ‘leftover’ but I wasn’t so lucky...

Love it! I used minced garlic instead of paste and dill. Delicious! Will definitely make it again.

Yummy. My picky eater loved it. I used aluminum foil instead of parchment paper. I got more of a charred effect. And I put the pan on the bottom rack.

I took this concept but brushed it with a mixture of an oil based Italian dressing, extra virgin olive oil, and mayo (for browning). Then I sprinkled with salt.

It was tasty, but not as crispy as I would have expected. Still, it was a hit and I will make it again.

Lovely. Made own garlic paste with fresh garlic, olive oil and rest of ingredients
